Tutoring Experience

My teaching has mainly been in high school settings, where I’ve taught IB and IGCSE students through their courses and exams. I’ve worked with students across IB Maths, Physics and Chemistry, and have helped many complete their IB and IGCSE programmes successfully. I’m comfortable working with different exam styles and ability levels. I also help students plan revision, improve exam technique and stay on track across harder topics. I adapt lessons to target weaker areas without losing progress.

Tutoring Approach

I usually start by working out where a student is strong and where the gaps are, then build a clear plan around that. I like lessons to be structured but not rigid, with time for practice, revision and revisiting topics that need more attention. I put a lot of focus on inquiry-based learning, especially in IB, because I want students to understand why a method works, not just memorise steps. I also adapt examples to each student, whether they need help with exam technique, problem-solving, or deeper topic reviews.
