I graduated from Cambridge in 2015 with a BA in German and Russian (high 2.1, with special excellence in oral examinations). I later completed an MA in German Linguistics in Germany, studied entirely in German, achieving distinction. My academic background includes research into second-language acquisition, and I am now a fully qualified MFL teacher with extensive classroom and admissions experience in schools.

Tutoring Experience

I have over five years’ experience teaching German across Years 6–13 in leading UK schools, including IGCSE and IB. I currently teach MFL at secondary level and have supported students through UCAS and Oxbridge applications for German-related courses, including choral scholarships. My school-based role gives me an insider understanding of admissions and exam expectations within highly competitive academic environments.
