Tutoring Experience

I have been tutoring Biology for over five years, focusing on A-Level and IGCSE students. My journey began during my undergraduate studies, where I discovered a passion for helping others grasp complex biological concepts. Since then, I have developed a teaching style that is both comprehensive and student-friendly, tailored to meet the individual needs of each learner.

My sessions are structured around the specific syllabus of the student, ensuring that all key areas are thoroughly covered. I utilise a variety of teaching materials, including interactive diagrams, real-life examples, and practice questions, to make learning more engaging and effective. I believe in the importance of understanding the underlying principles of Biology rather than just memorising facts, which is why I encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in my students.

One of my strengths is my ability to relate complex biological processes to everyday life, making them more relatable and easier to understand. This approach not only helps in better retention of information but also sparks a genuine interest in the subject. My ultimate goal is to build confidence in my students, enabling them to achieve their academic goals and develop a lifelong love for Biology.
