Tutoring Experience

I began tutoring while still in the IB, supporting Diploma students with Biology and Maths AI. Since graduating, I’ve continued working with IB students across SL and HL Economics, helping with IAs, exam technique and topic revision. I’ve taught IB students across different year groups, including those retaking exams, and regularly work through past papers to strengthen timing and accuracy. I also guide students on structuring IA investigations and refining evaluation in extended responses.

Tutoring Approach

My lessons are structured and practical. We start by identifying weak syllabus areas, then break topics down clearly before moving straight into exam-style questions. In Biology, I emphasise markscheme language and precise terminology. In Economics, we practise diagram drawing and structured evaluation. For Mathematics Applications and Interpretations (AI) we focus on method, calculator skills and avoiding common errors. I aim for sessions that feel focused, calm and productive.
