For over 15 years I’ve taught IB Economics SL/HL, IB Business to students in the UK and internationally. Tutoring Experience

I specialise in IB Economics SL/HL, IB Business SL/HL. I have worked extensively with students from leading independent schools in London and internationally, many preparing for Oxbridge PPE, Economics or related degrees. My students have secured offers from Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, UCL and other Russell Group universities. I am highly experienced with IB assessment criteria, Internal Assessments and Extended Essays in Economics and Business. My teaching combines academic rigour with clear, exam-focused preparation tailored to each syllabus.

My approach is structured and aligned to IB mark schemes. In Economics and Business, we focus on precise definitions, well-developed chains of reasoning and evaluation, which are essential for achieving 6s and 7s at IB. Lessons are planned around each student’s strengths and gaps. For IB students, this includes detailed work on essay structure, real-world examples and effective diagram use.
