I have 6 years of experience teaching A-Level Physics and helping students develop real confidence in both theory and problem-solving. My background also covers Mechanics and Applied Mathematics, making me well-placed to support students who study Maths alongside Physics. I focus on building strong foundations and exam techniques, which has led many of my students to achieve A and A* grades. Outside the classroom, I enjoy exploring science in everyday life through astronomy projects and DIY engineering challenges, keeping my passion for Physics lively and relatable for my students.

Tutoring Experience

Since starting as a Physics tutor six years ago, I’ve worked closely with A-Level students across a wide range of abilities, helping them build confidence and consistency. Many of my students have improved by two grade boundaries through regular lessons and focused past paper practice. I also have experience teaching A-Level Mathematics, particularly Mechanics modules, and often support students working towards STEM university degrees. My sessions are highly structured around exam board specifications like AQA, Edexcel, and OCR, making sure students master both the content and exam strategies needed to succeed.
