Tutoring Experience

I teach A-Level Maths, Biology and Chemistry alongside GCSE/IGCSE Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, using topic teaching, mock papers and targeted exam questions. My science tuition covers calculations, required practicals, data interpretation and extended responses, while Maths sessions focus on method and accurate working. I also support UCAT preparation with timed practice and question review, helping students recognise errors and choose efficient approaches.

Tutoring Approach

I teach with an iPad and digital whiteboard so students can see each step as we work. Lessons usually combine concise content teaching with a heavier focus on exam questions. If a student struggles, I return to the underlying concept before rebuilding the question from first principles. For Maths and Physics I emphasise clear working; Biology and Chemistry focus on application and mark-scheme language. UCAT practice is timed, reviewed and followed by targeted questions.
