Tutoring Experience

Since 2018, my tutoring journey has evolved to focus on Psychology. I started as a mentor, assisting students with study techniques and exam preparation during my sixth form. From 2019-2020, I transitioned to in-person tutoring, working with GCSE and A-Level students. The pandemic led me to online tutoring in 2020, where I gained extensive experience teaching IB Psychology.

Since 2021, I have specialised in tailoring my lessons for IB Psychology students, delivering over 1000 online lessons and achieving 150+ 5-star ratings. Currently, I am pursuing a PGCE in Computer Science with a scholarship, reflecting my dedication to educational excellence and pedagogical skills that also enrich my Psychology tutoring.

I create a supportive environment that empowers students to tackle IB Psychology concepts confidently. Lessons are designed to clarify theories and research methods, ensuring students can apply them effectively. Weekly sessions include concise explanations, regular recaps, and a focus on critical exam strategies.

My teaching prioritises exam-style questions, offering detailed breakdowns of key concepts like the cognitive approach, ethical considerations, and evaluation techniques. Every lesson is adapted to meet the individual needs of the student.
