Tutoring Experience

In the past four years, I've taught a range of subjects like English, Economics, Extended Project Qualification, and Global Perspectives in two different secondary schools.I also served as the Head of Economics for two of those years.

I'm pleased to say that I consistently received high ratings during lesson observations and helped students surpass their expected progress.

For most of the last six years, I've been tutoring students from Key Stages 3-5. I cover subjects like Economics, English, and Politics and also help with UCAS preparation and interview practice. I take great joy in helping students from various backgrounds and abilities, both in the UK and abroad, excel academically.

I've collaborated with different educational agencies and platforms as well.

I value the uniqueness of each student in my teaching philosophy. Just as every student is different, I believe no two lessons should be the same.My extensive subject knowledge comes from years of study and practical experience.

My lessons typically last around an hour, but I'm flexible and open to adjusting based on individual preferences and needs, ensuring each student gets a personalized and effective learning experience.In my tutoring sessions, I use established lesson planning principles developed during my teaching career. This includes reviewing the previous lesson, tracking progress, encouraging interaction and questions, and providing extra resources or homework as needed.
