Tutoring Experience

My tutoring background includes supporting secondary students across academic subjects and adapting explanations to different levels and learning styles. For IB Economics, Geography and Biology, I draw on strong subject knowledge and familiarity with IB assessment demands. I help pupils review difficult content, practise exam-style questions and improve how they structure written responses, use evidence, interpret data precisely and apply subject-specific terminology under timed conditions.

Tutoring Approach

I begin by identifying whether the issue is content knowledge, application or exam technique. Economics lessons focus on diagrams, chains of reasoning and balanced evaluation; Geography combines case studies, data and structured extended responses; Biology uses active recall, diagrams and exam questions to improve scientific precision. I use past papers and mark schemes throughout. I revisit weaker areas until students can answer accurately and independently with less prompting.
