Tutoring Experience

I’ve taught Maths to students from GCSE, IGCSE, A Level and IB Maths AA SL, working across UK, international, American and Middle Eastern curricula. Most of my teaching has been one-to-one online, with lessons focused on concept clarity, exam preparation and regular feedback. I’ve supported students with core topics, problem solving, revision planning and maths anxiety, adapting each lesson to the student’s ability, pace and exam requirements. and builds steady confidence.

Tutoring Approach

My lessons are structured, calm and adapted to each student’s pace. I usually begin by clearing up the concept, then guide students through worked examples before moving into exam-style questions. I focus on understanding rather than memorising methods, so students can apply ideas to unfamiliar problems. I also use past-paper discussion, topic review and exam technique to help students recognise common question types and manage their time more effectively.
