Tutoring Experience

I have taught IB Maths and Physics through one-to-one tuition, supporting students with course content, past papers, exam technique and Internal Assessments. My work includes explaining formula derivations, strengthening conceptual understanding and reviewing Paper 1 and Paper 2 strategies and exam pacing. I also teach IB Chemistry SL/HL, using my strong quantitative science background to support calculations, data interpretation and structured problem-solving across the syllabus.

Tutoring Approach

I teach from fundamentals so students understand where formulas come from and when they can be applied. In Maths and Physics, we derive relationships where useful, then test them through unfamiliar exam-style problems. Chemistry lessons combine theory with calculations, data and precise working. I use past papers to develop timing and mark-scheme awareness, and for Internal Assessments I focus on methodology, data presentation and technical writing while keeping the student's work their own.
