Tutoring Experience

I’ve been tutoring IB students in maths and science for several years, helping with exam preparation, coursework and difficult topics across the syllabus. My academic background is in Chemistry and Biomedical Engineering. I teach IB Chemistry SL/HL and IB Maths AA and AI, and also support AP Chemistry, AP Calculus AB/BC, and SAT Maths and English. Much of my work involves guiding students through complex problem solving and exam-style questions and building clear analytical thinking skills.

We work through problems step by step so the method becomes clear. I also tutor AP Chemistry, AP Calculus AB/BC, and SAT Maths and English when students are preparing for those exams. Students are encouraged to explain their reasoning so I can guide them more effectively.
