Tutoring Experience

I have five years of tutoring experience, including helped numerous students achieve a grade of 5 or above on their Business Management IAs. I have successfully helped high school students pass their final IB Russian B exam with a grade 7/7, tutored in Maths studies for the IB exam and have helped with personal statements: one student got accepted into London Business School and another student got into an exchange program with a foreign university.

Tutoring Approach

I always create individual programs which not only help to improve the knowledge of a subject but also spark interest for further learning. In my lessons I look out for general mistakes and lack of knowledge in some topics and adapt the program accordingly. I adjust techniques and approaches based on the student’s learning style and preferences. I also share personal tips on how I succeeded in the subject to help a student get advice that is not “written in books”.
