Tutoring Experience

I have taught IB Biology and Chemistry at SL and HL, supporting students with difficult topics, exam-style questions, calculations and revision. My experience also covers GCSE/IGCSE Maths, Biology and Chemistry, where I help students strengthen core understanding before applying it under exam conditions. I have also supported entrance-exam preparation, adapting lesson pace and structure when concentration or confidence affects progress so sessions remain focused and productive.

Tutoring Approach

I adapt lessons to the way each student works best. I begin by checking understanding with a few questions then revisit the key concept or method causing difficulty. In Biology and Chemistry, I connect theory to diagrams, processes and exam-style application; in Maths, I focus on method, working and accuracy. I break longer sessions into shorter tasks where useful, and use timed questions, mark schemes and error review to sharpen exam technique without simply drilling past papers.
