I think education is very important, and a key component to good education (other than the student), is having a good tutor.

I love tutoring because it allows me to not only teach the student but also learn from the student - I often find that they have ways of looking at problems which I have not noticed, which is brilliant. I enjoy making meaningful connections, helping students understand difficult concepts, and seeing them excel in their later exams.
