Tutoring Experience

I’ve supported students preparing for Oxbridge admissions assessments, interview stages and related application work, alongside several years of tutoring in Mathematics, Economics and reasoning-based entrance exam preparation. My students have gone on to receive interviews and offers from universities including Oxford, LSE, Edinburgh and Warwick. I also have a strong background in one-to-one and small-group teaching. I also help with timing, structure and sharper written work.

Tutoring Approach

My TARA lessons are focused and methodical. I break the paper down by question type, identify where a student is dropping marks, and build a clear plan from there. We work on handling unfamiliar problems, sharpening critical thinking, and improving written responses under timed conditions. I keep lessons direct and academic, with plenty of targeted practice so students know exactly how to approach each part of the test. I also cover pacing, question choice and answer structure every week.
