The IB Biology HL course examines advanced concepts in the study of living systems, including cell biology, genetics, metabolism, evolution, and physiology. With exams in May and November, the program is designed to deepen students’ analytical thinking, experimental abilities, and understanding of complex biological processes. Through a rigorous combination of theoretical learning and practical investigation, it prepares students for higher education in biology, medicine, biotechnology, or other life science–related fields.
